What IS a surprise, though, is when a new parallel world is discovered that's remarkably similar to Japanese anime and Shinichi is made an ambassador to the Eldant Empire! Is dropping a drooling diplomat with a moe fetish into a world filled with adorable elf maids and very real dragons one of the greatest ideas in the history of diplomacy? Perhaps not, but the results are sure to be entertaining as reality and decorum both go wildly out of bounds in OUTBREAK COMPANY!
