This is the fifth album by Crooked Fingers, the band fronted by former Archers Of Loaf singer Eric Bachmann. Vinyl is strictly limited to 1000 copies, all pressed on white vinyl. The cover features some tasteful nudity, but a detailed sticker will cover some of God’s finest work. Vinyl includes a non-CD bonus track, “La Maleta Fea,” a brand new version of a song that appeared previously on a Merge Records compilation. Vinyl includes a download coupon—for everything except the bonus track.CD will be released on a new label started by Bachmann, Red Pig. Previous Crooked Fingers/Eric Bachmann releases have appeared on Merge, Warm, and Saddle Creek. Neko Case lends her beautiful pipes to the album-closing duet “Your Control.” Foreign Leisure’s past releases include limited editions from The Promise Ring, Maritime, and Eric Bachmann.
