Once this steel guitarist branched out from Bob Wills and his Texas Playboys, he led his own band recording these 31 tracks between 1949-1955. McAuliffe quickly earned respect with his instrumental classic "Panhandle Rag." Includes a 52-page booklet along with four unreleased recordings.
