John's fifth album was originally released on Riverboat Records in 1965 before coming out on Takoma, and ranks as many people's favorite Fahey record, most notably Leo Kottke. Blues, raga, ragtime, folk... all flow from Fahey's gently dissonant guitar in a sort of harmonic poetry.
